K13 ALPINE GREEN QUARTZITE
Alpine Green is hard quartzite in a striking green with attractive flowing veins which show the full range of colour. This is a chameleon of a stone which can provide different shades depending on the finish applied as texture will significantly lighten the appearance when dry. The stone is shown on the bathtub image with a Honed finish. On the floor is a bush hammered finish.
Alpine Green is suited to both interior and exterior projects. Its extremely hard properties mean it can be used for a wide range of external applications including cladding, paving and setts.

This stone could be considered as a cost effective alternative to the Swiss Vals quartzite.
The maximum height of slabs will be 1 metre. Very occasional diagonal white quartz lines can be present in larger pieces.
