C10 Basalt – NSP Titan Basalt

A best selling consistent dark grey Basalt with a matt finish that is hard wearing and available in a range of formats. NSP Titan Basalt is popular as flooring or for bespoke stonework such as firebenches and carved basins.

Once laid as a floor there may be some variation of tone between tiles but it largely presents as a consistent, dense grey. Basalt is well suited to contemporary projects both residential and commercial. In commercial projects this volcanic stone is particularly valued for its hard wearing qualities and ability to handle high traffic areas. A reasonable price and availability on a short lead time make it additionally attractive.

Basalt is an indoor to outdoor stone, sought for its grey tones for internal areas but hard enough for exterior use  as cladding, paving or an outdoor kitchen. A flame finish may be preferred for added slip resistance outdoors. Exterior use would require 25 or 30mm thickness.
