Superbly versatile stone that can be used with a wide range of finishes and comes in large blocks and slabs for all kinds of cut to size stonework including external.
Travertine has naturally occurring holes which can be left unfilled but are more usually filled. For honed and polished internal floors this will be with a resin. For exterior or tumbled and antique style floors, the stone will arrive unfilled and will be filled with a matching grout upon installation.

A superbly versatile stone found throughout Rome ,that can be used with a wide range of finishes and comes as tiles or in large blocks and slabs for all kinds of cut to size stonework including external. This makes it an ideal inside to outside stone.
Travertine has naturally occurring holes which can be left unfilled but are more usually filled. For honed or polished internal floors or cladding this will be with a resin. As a very hard stone, travertine can provide a high polish although the most popular finish is a matt honed.
For exterior or tumbled and antique style floors, the stone will arrive unfilled and will be filled with a matching grout upon installation.
